Shipping and Returns
This explains your rights as a consumer under the sales of goods act and the distance selling laws. All sales on this site are governed by UK law. When ordering goods or services using this site you are entering into a legally binding contract with 41 Club Sales trading under Endgame Consultants.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within three working days. Most items are dispatched by Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery times can vary but most orders will arrive within three working days after dispatch but please allow ten working days before reporting an item as lost. This only applies to the UK Mainland; deliveries to offshore Islands will take longer.
Carriage Charges
Carriage charges vary according to the weight, size and value of the part(s) ordered. We will use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery or courier at our discretion. Once a parcel is accepted and signed for, the responsibility for it passes to the customer (not the signatory).
Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that has been damaged, please send us photographic evidence by email within 24 hours of delivery.
Definition of Incorrect Goods
Please note that the standards of all products are set and managed by 41 Club National Exec. 41 Club sells and distributes as per those standards, any complaints should be made to the National Sales Officer at sales@41club.org.
Returns, Refunds & Incorrect Goods
You have the right to return your order within 7 days after the date of delivery and no later than 14 days from the date of invoice whichever is the shorter. We will be unable to accept any part returned for refund without prior authorisation in writing by email.
You are responsible for the safe return of any unwanted item(s). Your payment will be refunded for unused goods; delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty. We do not accept return products for exchange except in the event of a wrong item being despatched. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been damaged during fitting. Items that show signs of being fitted will not be accepted for refund. Always obtain a certificate of posting when returning items by mail. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. We will not accept any package that is sent without the correct postage. Such packages are treated as undeliverable by the carrier.
Returns Procedure
We at 41 Club Sales pride ourselves in delivering the best products and customer service. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days for a refund. We are unable to refund any packaged item that has been opened; the product(s) must be in a sellable condition once it has been returned to us.
Please contact us via e-mail to initiate the returns procedure. Please provide a detailed reason for return, full name, e-mail address, order and invoice numbers. When sending product back to us, please obtain proof of purchase as we cannot be responsible for lost items in post. Once we have received your return, products will be checked and appropriate refunds will be processed with 5 working days.
Guarantee
Most items carry a 6 month guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship. In the unlikely event of item failure please contact our sales team. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
