Please read carefully as this explains your rights as a consumer under the sales of goods act and the distance selling laws.
Delivery Of Goods
Every effort will be made to ensure delivery of the goods within the defined timescales but we can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched. Delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Delivery Times (Stock Items)
Stock lines are usually dispatched by the end of the next working day if ordered before 3pm. Most items are dispatched by Royal Mail or Citylink. Delivery times can vary but most orders will arrive within two working days after dispatch but please allow 7 working days before reporting an item as lost. This only applies to the UK Mainland, deliveries to offshore Islands will take longer. Please Note: Any parcel over £10 in value will be sent by Citilink courier and will require a signature. Most orders are shipped within 7 days of order. The courier will try to deliver twice, after that the package will be returned to us, in this case you will be charged another courier charge for the goods to be reshipped. Please use the additional shipping instructions box to advise us of special delivery requests.
Carriage Charges
Carriage charges vary according to the weight, size and value of the part(s) ordered. Most small items carry a carriage charge of £2.95, this raises to £4.50 for others. These are all for Royal Mail 1st class delivery or Courier at our discretion.
The carrier (if used) will accept a signature from any person at the delivery address. Once a parcel is accepted and signed for, the responsibility for it passes to the customer (not the signatory)
Export Orders
We are able to send most parts outside of the UK.
Damaged Goods
Where the outer package is damaged you should mark the carrier receipt with "Damaged" before signing and accepting delivery. If you are unsure as to the condition of the goods you should mark the carrier receipt as "Unchecked" before signing to accept delivery.
If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us by email to
sales@41clubsales.co.uk immediately to arrange the return of the item for replacement. In most cases we will refund the cost of return.
All claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Definition Of Incorrect Goods
Please note that all spare parts are subject to design and specification changes by the manufacturer. Often the part provided may not be an exact match for the original but is deemed by the manufacturer to be a suitable alternative.
Incorrect Goods
If you receive an incorrect part that we looked up for you, please inform us immediately so that we can arrange dispatch of the correct part as soon as possible. Alternatively you can cancel your order and we will refund your payment on receipt of the unused item(s).
If you purchase an incorrect item from us, please inform us immediately so that we can cancel the order. If the order has already been dispatched you are responsible for the safe return of the unused goods upon receipt of which we will arrange dispatch of the correct item(s) or cancel your order if you prefer.
We can not accept responsibility for items that have been damaged during fitting. Items that show signs of being fitted will not be accepted for refund. Timers and modules can be damaged by static electricity. These items can not be returned for credit if they have been removed from the sealed packing.
Before returning any part, please ensure you contact us to arrange the return as multiple dispatch addresses are used. We will be unable to accept any part returned for refund without prior authorisation.
Always obtain a certificate of posting when returning items by mail. We can not accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
We will not accept any package that is sent without the correct postage. Such packages are treated as undeliverable by the carrier.
All sales on this site are governed by UK law When ordering goods or services using this site you are entering into a legally binding contract with UK Whitegoods.
Working days
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days from the day following receipt of the goods. All cancellations must be made in writing, either by post, fax or e-mail.
You are responsible for the safe return of any unwanted item(s). Your payment will be refunded for unused goods, delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Returns & Refunds
You have the righ to return your order within 7 days after the date of delivery. Please notify us by phone of your intention to return within this time and we will promptly issue you with a Returns Notification Number, make sure to quote this number on the correspondence accompanying the return. We will immediately refund you the value of your order once we have received your return back to our warehouse. Please note that due to the volume of trade that passes through the eSpares warehouse we cannot process returns that are not accompanied by a Returns Notification Number.
Guarantee
Most of the items we sell carry a twelve month guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship. In the unlikely event of item failure please contact our sales department by e-mail to sales@masterpart.com to confirm the fault and if appropriate arrange the return of the faulty item(s) for testing and repair/replacement. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Should you wish to return or exchange any item you will need to contact our Customer Services Department on 0871 811 9111 first, as there are occasions when it may be unnecessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending an item back.
